The link to the online platform of the EU Commission for the out-of-court online dispute resolution (so-called OS platform)
is: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This platform gives the opportunity to resolve disputes out of court.
eCards Artist will not participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration.
➯ PLACE OF JURISDICTION
For the website, ecards-artist.com, the Greek rights apply.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is in Corfu / Greece.
